eGift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Once your order payment has been approved, you will receive an email notification that the gift card has been created. You can then forward the email to your special someone, this is especially helpful if buying in advance, and you want to give the gift card at a later time (birthday or holiday for example).

If your gift card is attached to a customer account, then you can check the balance through the link provided in your purchase email. Otherwise, you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to inform you of your current balance.

Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. You will only be charged the face value of the gift card and since this is an eGift Card, sent via email, it incurs no shipping charges either.

If your Gift hasn't been redeemed, you can cancel your purchase by contacting us. Cancellation is subject to limitations.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Most discount codes cannot be applied to purchase gift cards.

Your Gift Card can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. Gift cards can not be reloaded, when it is empty it will no longer be able to be used.

More than one gift card can be used towards a purchase, and a gift card will be treated as a form of payment so you can use your gift card towards shipping and taxes. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with a discount code and sale items.
