Online Business Manager

Job Description:

The OBM is responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business, including bookkeeping, advertising management, purchasing supplies and retail products, inventory management, HR, big picture planning, and visionary leadership.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

Develop and maintain financial reports to provide insight into the financial health of the business.

Work with external accountants to ensure that tax filings and financial statements are completed accurately and on time.

Ads Management:

Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.

Monitor and track advertising performance to ensure that campaigns are meeting their targets.

Analyze advertising data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Purchasing and Inventory Management:

Purchase supplies and retail products as needed.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.

Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely reordering of products.

Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of supplies and products.

HR:

Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Develop and implement employee training programs to promote professional development and improve job performance.

Big Picture Planning and Visionary Leadership:

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve long-term growth and profitability.

Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management or related field.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Google Docs and financial software.

Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
